1. Account Responsibility

  • Credits are allocated based on plan
  • Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle
  • No rollover unless explicitly stated

3. Credit Purchases

  • Credits can be purchased separately
  • Credits are non-transferable
  • Credits cannot be converted to cash

4. Credit Expiry

  • Subscription credits expire at billing cycle reset
  • Purchased credits may expire after a defined period
  • Expired credits are permanently removed

5. Payments

  • All payments are processed via third-party gateways
  • We do not store card or banking details
  • Prices may change without prior notice

6. Payment Failure & Retry

  • Failed payments may trigger automatic retries
  • Access may be limited until payment succeeds
  • Repeated failures may result in subscription suspension

7. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime
  • Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle
  • No refunds for current billing period
  • Credits remain usable until subscription end date

8. Refund Policy

  • All payments are final
  • No refunds for unused credits
  • No refunds for partial usage

9. Enforcement

  • We may suspend accounts for misuse or fraud
  • Credits may be revoked in case of abuse
  • System decisions are final

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts at any time for violations of these terms.
